Wow - I guess I should think twice about helping someone do a short sale. Are you still doing short sales?
I am currently advise people in various stages of the short sale process. However, I make sure the homeowners understand that a short sale is only part of the toolbox. All of the pre-foreclosure choices must be examined and a plan with multiple strategies should be put in place.
